AMC ClinicalPro is an independent education and preparation product. These terms preserve mandatory consumer rights while making the platform boundaries clear.
1. Summary
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using AMC ClinicalPro across the website, mobile apps, support channels and related services. The service is an independent education and practice product.
2. The AMC ClinicalPro service
AMC ClinicalPro is a mobile preparation platform for AMC Part 2 Clinical Examination practice. It may include timed case reading, simulated patient conversations, AI guidance, Session Notes, AI-generated Session Results, replay, reading materials, analytics, leaderboard, support flows and Free/Pro access controls.
3. Education-only use
AMC ClinicalPro does not provide medical advice, clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing advice, registration advice, migration advice, employment advice or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their own study decisions, professional judgement and use of official resources.
4. No AMC affiliation
AMC ClinicalPro is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, accredited by or connected to the Australian Medical Council.
5. No outcome guarantees
AMC ClinicalPro does not guarantee exam results, official AMC outcomes, registration, employment, migration, visa, university, placement, credentialing or professional recognition outcomes. Scores, analytics, rankings and Session Results are practice tools only.
6. AI features and limitations
AI may support simulated patient replies, preparation guidance and Session Results. AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, outdated or unsuitable. Users must not treat AI output as official AMC scoring, medical advice or a substitute for professional judgement.
7. Content sources and copyright
AMC ClinicalPro should use original, fictional, public-domain, publicly available, licensed or otherwise authorised educational content. Users must not upload, paste or request reproduction of protected AMC cases, copyrighted handbook text, course material or third-party content without permission or another lawful basis.
8. User content and prohibited information
Users may submit prompts, messages, Session Notes, transcripts, support messages or app inputs. Users must not submit real patient records, identifiable patient information, emergency information or unnecessary sensitive clinical information unless an approved support or privacy process specifically requests it.
9. Free, Pro and app-store billing
AMC ClinicalPro may offer Free, Pro Weekly, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, institution, trial or promotional access. Final prices, trial lengths, billing periods, cancellation terms and refunds are governed by the approved product screen and, where purchased through Apple or Google, the relevant app-store billing rules.
10. Availability, suspension and liability
The service may change, pause or stop features for maintenance, security, compliance, app-store requirements or operational reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC ClinicalPro is not responsible for indirect loss, exam or career consequences, data loss, AI errors or reliance on education-only outputs. Nothing excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law.
