Use this page to request deletion of your AMC ClinicalPro account and associated data.
What to include
- Your account email address.
- Your platform: iOS or Android.
- Any request ID or session ID if support already gave you one.
- A clear statement that you want your AMC ClinicalPro account deleted.
What deletion covers
We will delete or de-identify account data and associated app data where required and technically possible.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, dispute, backup or compliance reasons.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
